Leon de Bruxelles was in need of an IT partner for their restaurant operations in France that could provide swift and effective on-site maintenance in all of their restaurants.
The project entailed a wide array of IT specializations and functions relating to the smooth operation of a restaurant chain. To manage this project INIBAR dedicated a project manager to work in close proximity and coordination with the client’s department of IT systems.
Leon de Bruxelles outlined a multi-part project all relating to software, hardware and IT services, all of which INIBAR was more than equipped to deliver. Part of the project was the TCPOS solution deployment including, on-site installation, system configuration and staff training.
Leon de Bruxelles also required installation and configuration of various office hardware, computers and printers; mobile Point-of-Sales (Multi-POS) systems; and a WIFI solution to enable email generation from clients directly imported into a CRM, which could then be used effectively to promote coupons and other material.
What enabled INIBAR to successfully complete these varied tasks of the Leon de Bruxelles project, was our wide experience in managing similarly challenging and multi-part projects, along with the readily available SPOC line (single point of contact) to the client which enabled swift response to all IT operations incidents.
